Recommendations after booking

Once you have booked your accommodation, it is necessary that you take into consideration a series of recommendations that will avoid possible misunderstandings and that will help you in case you need to claim your rights.

Check-in and check-out

Check in

Please contact the establishment to indicate the approximate time of arrival, especially in the case of apartments or when you will be arriving later than 18:00 hours. As a general rule, the room can be occupied from 2:00 p.m. onwards.

Check out

Check-out is usually at 12:00 noon. Ask if it is possible to leave the room later and, in case you need to, keep in mind that most accommodations have luggage lockers.

Documentation

Keep the documentation, including terms and conditions and advertising. The content of the offer, promotion or advertisement, even if it does not appear in the contract, must be taken into account and may be required by the consumer.

Ask for the invoice and remember that, although the electronic invoice contributes to the care of the environment, consumers are entitled to receive it on paper free of charge.
