Passengers whose behaviour disturbs order on trains or endangers the safety of transport shall not be allowed to remain on the train.
Passengers may also be denied access to trains and to boarding and waiting rooms if they do not undergo security controls.
Excluded passengers shall not be entitled to reimbursement of the fare paid for the ticket.
Passengers travelling without a valid ticket must pay the price of the ticket plus a surcharge. If they fail to do so, they will be forced to leave the train. If the train is in transit between two stations, they shall alight at the first station at which it stops.
